Special Delivery: Aussie Bum

Australia has always been known for being big, bold and brash. After all, they brought us the Awesome Blossom, big-ass cans of Foster's beer and, of course, the Thunder from Down Under male revue. Staying true to this reputation, Australian underwear maker Aussie Bum has introduced the first ever push-up underwear for men. Coyly called the WonderJock these "revolutionary" new skivvies are designed to, "separate, lift and, with the help of a protruding pouch, push everything out in front instead of down towards the ground," says designer Sean Ashby.

Sure, it all may sound pretty silly, but Aussie Bum, who only introduced the product last week, has already garnered a ton of media attention and sold over 50,000 pairs making it a huge success (pardon the pun). And, it looks like this stroke of Australian ingenuity will finally give us a definitive answer to the proverbial question of whether or not size matters. To find out, I guess we'll just have to wait, watch and see just how many pairs of these new bulge-building tighty-whities they sell.

In the meantime, I have a pair on order --strictly for "research" purposes, of course.
